Membership
Renewal
In order to
ensure that you do not experience an interruption or loss of services, AACA
implements Automatic Renewal. AACA will automatically renew membership annually
for the agreed upon membership fee. This annual fee will be charged to the same
payment method used for original registration. If you wish to change your
payment method, you must do so prior to fifteen (15) days before your scheduled
renewal date (the anniversary of the date of your original registration).
If for any
reason AACA is unable to charge your Original Payment Method for the full
membership renewal amount, your membership is subject to suspension which can
result in immediate termination without notice to you.
If you wish
to cancel your AACA membership, Founding Member status or otherwise, you must
advise us (AACA) of your wish to do so in writing no later than fifteen (15)
days prior to your renewal date, also known as the anniversary of the date of
our original registration.
Privacy
Policy
At AACA, we
are committed to respecting your privacy and we recognize your need for
appropriate protection and management of personal information you share with
us. We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others.
Limitations
of Liability
IN NO EVENT
