54th Annual Cactus Fly-In

The Cactus Fly-In, hosted by the Arizona Antique Aircraft Association, Inc. (AAAA) with the cooperation of the City of Casa Grande, is the season's premier aviation event. It is considered a "not to be missed" opener to the years' up-coming fly-in events. With emphasis placed on the aircraft of yesteryear, the Cactus Fly-In is certainly in a class of its own._Antiques, Classics, Warbirds, Replicas, and Homebuilt aircraft will be on display throughout the event. Conveniently located in Casa Grande, Arizona, between Phoenix and Tucson, the Cactus Fly-In enjoys the mild and temperate climate that can only be found in the springtime in beautiful, southern Arizona. Warm days and cool evenings make the perfect environment to reminisce and get reacquainted with old friends in the fun, easy going environment of the Cactus Fly-In!_Aircraft owners and crew may camp under the wings of their aircraft in the aircraft parking areas. Arlington Fly-In

Calling All Piper Cubs! This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Piper Cub and  AirVenture wants to paint the grounds in a "Field of Yellow." A website has been set up for Piper Cub owners to register and identify other cubs that may be flying from your area.

Since its first event in 1973, the COPPERSTATE Fly-In has been bringing together aviation enthusiasts in the southwest. COPPERSTATE Fly-In, Inc., is a totally volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting recreational and general aviation through events, scholarships, and public education. Proceeds from the event help support the scholarship programs for youth seeking careers in the aerospace industry. COPPERSTATE is the largest Fly-In of its type in the western states and the fourth largest in the U.S. It is held at the Casa Grande Municipal Airport (KCGZ) in Casa Grande, AZ, approximately halfway between Phoenix and Tucson.
